Adrian Peterson Returns from Injury, Leads Vikings to Win

Playing for the first time in three weeks, Adrian Peterson led the Minnesota Vikings to a 42-10  win over the Detroit Lions. In less than three quarters of work, Adrian Peterson racked up 116 yards and two touchdowns.

Peterson’s strong return kept him as the front-runner for NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. For the year, Adrian Peterson now has 1197 yards and 10 touchdowns in 10 games played.
